A- We are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm 50 weeks of the year (excluding public holidays)

Q- How many rooms do you have?
A- We have two rooms- the Caterpillar and Butterfly room. The Caterpillar room is for children aged from 6 weeks- 3 years old and the Butterfly room is for children aged from 3-6 years old

Q- How do we know what our child did on the day he/she attended?
A- We document the day's activities and children's learning via Story park app. Parents can access the app to view their child/rens learning stories, photos, observation and routines. Our daily curriculum is displayed on the wall for the parents to view. The educators are also always available to chat to let you know how your child's day has been
​
Q- Do you provide meals?
A- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are provided for all children two years and over. As the dietary needs and practices of babies under two differ substantially between families parents are asked to provide meals for any children under the age of two
​
Q- How much does it cost to send my child there?
A- Our current fees are $120 per day for children aged 0-2, $110 per day for children aged 3-6
​
Q- What ages do you cater for?
A- We provide care and education for children aged from 6 weeks to 6 years old
​
Q- Do you provide government rebates or subsidies?
A- You may be eligible for government subsidies from Centrelink such as CCS (child care subsidy) or JET (jobs, education and training child care scheme). You will need to contact Centrelink to see what you are eligible for

Q- Do you have a school readiness program?
A- Yes, our school readiness program has been developed by our early childhood teachers and aims to prepare children for big school in a fun and engaging manner

Q- How do I enrol my child?
A- You can give us a call on (02) 9792 7145 and organize a time to come and see the centre in person. We will give you a tour, discuss our vacancies and answer any questions you might have before enrolling your child

Q- What are your operating hours?
A- Our centre is open 5 days a week Mon-Fri 7am-6pm
